Clayton is a creative & passionate bartender whose talent has earned him a name in India. His flamboyant style of mixing drinks Behind Bars has given him a reputation as an energetic, entertaining mixologist who gains a following.

Graduating at a tender age of 19 from the American Hotel & Lodging Association & Stir Academy, by the pioneer of Beverages in India Mrs. Shatbi Basu, his attention was drawn to the glamour and high energy Behind Bars.

It was in 2005, when Clayton got his first break through “Enigma at the JW Marriott” – Mumbai’s Bollywood hub and niche nightclub.

In 2007, Clayton moved to Delhi, working with a renowned Bar School "Institute of Bar Operations & Management" by Sandy Verma.

In 2010, Clayton set out on a mission to fuel the growth of Bartending in India and established “Behind Bars 24x7” A Beverage Consultancy & Catering firm.

A firm that believed in mixing tradition, class and elegance ensuring quality seeps into everything.

Over the years Clayton has toned his skills rubbing shoulders with some worlds best bartenders, to name a few.
